Maharshi Sushruta says about what is said in the Ayurveda Sastra :
इदं आगम सिड्डत्वात् प्रत्यक्ष फल दर्शनात् मंत्रवत् संप्रयोक्तव्यं न मीमांस्यं कधंचन
ఇదం ఆగమ సిడ్డత్వాత్ ప్రత్యక్ష ఫల దర్శనాత్ మంత్రవత్ సంప్రయోక్తవ్యం న మీమాంస్యం కధంచన
Elsewhere he says :
तस्मात् तिष्टेतु मतिमान् आगमे नतु हेतुषु
తస్మాత్ తిష్టేతు మతిమాన్ ఆగమే నతు హేతుషు
